When you provide your payment source information to us, you authorize Boulevard Specialty Lending, LLC (BSL) to withdraw funds by electronic transfer from the payment source identified by you or others authorized on the account each time a payment is requested using our online payment services. You or the authorized party will select the amount of the payment and payment date.

If any payment is rejected due to insufficient funds, BSL may charge you a fee and your bank may also charge you a fee.

You agree that the payments authorized by you and others authorized on the account must comply with provisions of U.S. law.

Each time a payment is requested by you using our online payment services, you are representing to BSL that you are authorized to request such payment and further authorized to withdraw funds from the payment source identified by you.
